I recently visited Webbs in Hagley and received excellent service from Joseph. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, offered great advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without any pressure. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service, and Joseph is a real credit to the Webbs team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend asking for him if you need any help. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable!

VERY overpriced, the cafe in particular. Walking around the shop I came across a Tony Chocolony bar that was £8, bare in mind it’s half that price in Morrisons at £4. The profit margin in this place is through the roof. The falconry centre behind and through the garden centre however is well worth your time and a lovely place to visit with reasonable and affordable ticket prices to walk around and look at the birds and watch both their flight shows in the summer.

Hi Amy - the Tony Chocolony bar is actually £4.99 - it had been moved to the fridge due to the heat and the label underneath it in the fridge clearly refers to Italian Antipasto at £7.99. The team have now swapped the label out for the correct one. Regards, Sarah
