I had a very concerning experience at this Wendy’s location today. During my visit, the store manager repeatedly gave me a hard time. I paid for two separate orders, yet he loudly accused me of taking food for free and stated, “I am not going to give away any FREE FOOD,” in front of other customers. This was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. To clarify, the transactions were processed by the cashier, and payment was completed. The issue appeared to arise because my second order included a promotion that the manager did not want to honor. However, instead of addressing this appropriately or explaining the situation, he chose to publicly accuse and confront me after the payment had already been made. What escalated the situation further was his behavior. He appeared visibly angry, clenching his teeth and fists while speaking to me. Rather than verifying the transaction or resolving the issue calmly, he continued to act in an aggressive and confrontational manner. To avoid further conflict, I chose to cancel my second order. However, even after I exited, he walked over to the window and continued staring at me in a way that felt intimidating. At that point, the situation had escalated to where I no longer felt safe. Due to the level of aggression and intimidation, I contacted authorities to have the incident documented. This is not simply a customer service issue — it raises serious concerns regarding staff conduct, customer safety, and management professionalism, especially from someone in a so-called leadership role( $40k/Year which is an EXTREMELY HIGH salary in Philippine). No wonder He displayed an arrogant and condescending attitude, treating customers as if they were beneath him. And he followed me to see what kind of car I am driving? Or he followed me assuming I am a homeless? But he must be very very disappointed after what he saw. Never Try To Use a Coupon in This Store The Store Manager- an old Philippine guy will treat you like a HOMELESS. If you don’t want a bad mood the whole day avoid this store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere here wasn't great. It was like a sauna in there. I dont know if the managers are trying to save money and not run the AC but it was so uncomfortably hot that we couldn't finish our food and we just left. All the tables were full but it was absolutely silent in there. It was eerie. So our table was whispering since it was so awkward. Maybe some music would be nice. It was really just not a welcoming place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Typical Wendy's. Fairly clean. Friendly staff. Disabled parking. Drive thru. I asked for ketchup. They said it was on the bag... But it wasn't. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
