Everyone is busy cleaning even when there is a line of customers. No one is at the front. I was here on Wednesday around 3pm. Told to wait when they finally acknowledge you. Back in the day customers were #1 priority. My wrap sat on the counter and got cold after it was ready. Meal type: Lunch

The food and atmosphere was fine but my god the service. No hello, no can I help you, just walked up to the register and gave me a look as if I was the biggest inconvenience lifting his hand and using it to point at the register, I had placed a mobile order and if I hadn’t I would have just walked out. If anyone cares to check a camera it was 5:20PM ish on Thursday June 4th, No wonder the place is empty. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I was in the drive thru and ordered my food. The women in the drive thru today August 29th between 2:05pm - 2:10pm should be removed from customer facing duties. She is horrible, sucks the life right out of you her misery is awful you can feel it. She doesn't do the minimum of customer service. - no smile - no warm greeting - no thanks for coming - no have a nice day. If I wanted to go to a place that had horrible energy and made me miserable, I now know Wendy's is the place. Figure out but Jesus I've never experienced anything as horrible as this. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
