I had a very disappointing experience at the Wendy's drive-thru. Richard made me wait an unusually long time and came across as rude during the interaction. It felt like he was not interested in helping customers or providing good service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Wendy's. I hope management takes appropriate action and addresses this situation. The incident occurred over the weekend in the evening, and I believe it should be reviewed to help improve the customer experience for future customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I never leave bad reviews. If you look at my others they’re always positive because I’m a firm believer in spreading positivity and giving credit when it’s due as many people only give negative feedback these days. However I had to make an exception for this truly awful establishment. Guess there’s a first for everything eh? If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know why my family and I keep thinking each time will be different - mind you we wait several months between each attempt but we definitely won’t ever be coming back to this location. I have never seen such rude and lazy employees in my entire life and that’s truly saying something. Last night was the final straw when I paid over $50 for my family and I’s dinner and made it VERY clear how I would need ranch dressing for the chicken ceasar salad as my mother is allergic to the anchovi paste in the ceaser dressing. This hasn’t been a problem in the past - usually they end up including them both. I get all the way home and there wasn’t any ranch in the bag, only ceaser dressing. I had to walk up to our local convenience store to buy some ranch sauce after an 8 hour shift and spending over $50 - so her salad was edible. And the rest of the food looked like it was assembled by a toddler with their eyes closed. The best part? The lemonade had definitely gone bad making it a complete waste of money as no one could drink it, and then the cherry on top - my mom finding a piece of plastic in the aforementioned salad. I plan to contact Wendy’s head office on Monday - normally I wouldn’t even consider doing that but I feel it’s more than warranted with this being the 4th bad experience in as many visits AND for ignoring me when I explained that I would need ranch for the salad. Its even an option when ordering online so clearly it’s not a crazy or irregular request. I should also mention that for the time of day the drive thru wait was ridiculous (especially with only 3 cars in the entire line - I had to wait almost 10 minutes to order and so did the car in front of me) I would’ve went in but you close your dining room before 10 and I don’t finish work until 10:30 so it was my only option. When I got to the window I could see at least 4 employees, all joking around and moving at a glacial pace. I don’t know what ever happened to good customer service but this location is truly abysmal. Don’t waste your time or money here, but if you choose too - be sure to check every single part of your order before leaving. You shouldn’t have to do that especially with the prices they charge but if you want to ensure you’re getting exactly what you ordered it’s unfortunately the only way as the staff here clearly don’t give a crap about you, your order or that fact that you’re spending your hard earned money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visited Friday just gone, at lunch time and enjoyed our meals. The lady behind the counter was polite and friendly and let me know the fries would be 3 more minutes - salt recommended personally! I enjoyed looking at the history of this place, the pictures, the badges, the stories, very cool to see. I did ask for no pickles or tomato on my order, the pickles were gone but the tomato still made it. I took the bun off, removed the tomato, put the bun back on and carried on as usual. Crisis averted! I still recommend this Wendy's 100%. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
