I recently visited this Wendy’s and was pretty disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The bathroom looked poorly maintained and not clean, which immediately gave a bad impression. On top of that, the drink dispenser area was also not properly cleaned and looked neglected. For a fast food restaurant, I expect a much higher standard of hygiene, especially in areas customers see and use directly. This experience made the visit unpleasant, and I hope management takes more care in keeping the restaurant clean and properly maintained going forward. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Wendy's ive ever been too. Tables broken and wobbly, dirty floor and nasty bathroom. The new spicy chicken club was gross, under cooked bacon and a thin slice of chicken that was 20% smaller then the bun. Shrinkflation at its finest. I could barely understand the guy taking my order. Hard pass on all Wendy's moving forward. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

It smelled so off in here, like cooked international food (which I love) but shouldn't be smelt in a Wendy's. The burger was sloppy, fries were barely warm, washrooms were a bit dirty and had the exact same smell. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
