Ordered through the drive thru, and it took 25 minutes to get the food, and waiting that long you’d think the food would be fresh and good, but no, the fries were extremely cold as if they were left out for hours, the entire burger was very cold too. When we came back into the long drive thru and said that all the food was cold, a girl in the back jumped out to quickly say no, and after a few minutes they took the food back and accepted to change it. WARNING: THIS LOCATION CHARGES WAY MORE THAN ANY OTHER LOCATION AROUND THE AREA! I bought an unseasoned beef patty (pup patty). The bill came out to be $6.20, for a single plain beef patty, no bread, no toppings, nothing but just the beef patty! A single, plain, beef patty, cost more than a burger, with buns and toppings! Holy smokes. I've been to 3 different Wendy's locations around Mississauga and the cost for a single, plain, beef patty is about $2.50 tax included! I asked the server why the cost difference, they said that this location charges differently than others. After I left, I couldn't believe the price difference, so I called the actual store and spoke with the manager who confirmed that the $6.20 for the single, plain beef patty was correct, and that they charge differently than other Wendy's. BEWARE! Avoid this location unless you want to be ripped off! If you can, just go to another Wendy's location! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other
