Food was prepared well and service was quick. Located in the lower level food court. They don't appear to have kids meals at this location, and is probably due to the clientèle they mainly cater to. Likely very busy during lunch during the week. Will return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

If I could give ZERO stars I would. On Sept 5, 2025, my daughter was charged twice for French toast sticks; once at the self-serve kiosk and a second time at the counter, even though she showed this employee proof of payment from her bank. Despite showing proof of the transaction from her banking app's online history, the staff member on duty refused to provide her order; their kiosks don't print receipts and only provide your order numbers on the screen (this was at 8 AM and I already went upstairs to go to work). Since I wasn't there, this employee refused to give her the order the first time, made her pay again, and then told her they “don’t issue refunds,” so I decided to leave work to address this incident. I work in the RBC Tower and left work at 8:30AM just to deal with this matter. On top of that, when I came back with her to speak to them about charging her twice, we were ignored by the other staff (a female who looks Uzbekistani and a Tamil employee) when trying to resolve the issue. Amazing customer service. Just stellar. Not to mention - NONE of them had their hair covered that morning; no hats, caps, visors, or other effective hair restraints. If your kiosks don’t work because they're not sending orders to the kitchen or registering once customers pay, mark them as OUT OF ORDER. This is unacceptable customer service, and I won’t be returning. Refusing to acknowledge why you would double charge my daughter again (we showed that employee her banking transactions, a South Asian lady whose name starts with a P and who put my two orders through around 7:55am) yet dismissed my daughter's order from her initial self-serve payment and the entire situation reflects very poor customer service. I told her to do the simple math and to total it after the HST tax and she can see it was the charge for the French Toast sticks, as it would amount to that item. Wendy's - please DO NOT hire newcomers if they don't understand how basic customer service works (taking accountability instead of gaslighting the customer, acknowledging the customer, etc.) here in Canada. As a minority myself - the difference is we adapt to the Canadian culture here. We greet people. We have manners. We understand how proper customer service is. Common sense logic, problem solving and basic math should be part of the hiring process. DO BETTER. This location is already going downhill and you can thank your employees who obviously need proper TRAINING. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
