Shocking!! Ordered food and drinks combo on the app, and after 10 minutes, no drinks. I asked a member of staff walking past, and they said its a 40 minute wait for drinks, as they're busy!! The place was only half full!! I went to the bar to get some, and they had one person behind the vsr, with 12 people waiting. The food was adequate, although cold. I never expect too much frim a spoons, but this was terrible....worst spoons I've ever been too!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: £20–30

We had American beef pulled brisket beef burger the , salad and chips first class but burger had been over cooked it was dry and very crispy and was left. When we were leaving. The tabes were left with plates and with empty glasses on the tables on six or seven tables. The tables were very sticky as was the menu cards we moved to three different tables to find a dry one in general, pretty poor this was Tuesday 2.30 pm in the afternoon so not in the busy period l have been to other witherspoon outlets and this has not impressed me . very disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £10–20
