Cant give zero if i could i would i swear bet George would have never stayed at Premier inn !!despite his sense of humour . Witnessed harassed staff not their fault one person taking all bookings only two self check inn machines both not working !! A waitress running the restaurant floor and covering the bar too . Again not her fault working alone bad practice anyway . Not even time to under the booking lectern change the sign to RESTAURANT open or maybe forgotten as so stressed . Witnessed 3 people coming down to ask for irons for their rooms WHY cant Premier inn buy cheaper irons yes some will go walkies absorb it put small ironing boards in rooms that can fit in a small cupboard or recess in the room . One guest came down twice to ask for a remote control which did not work due to batteries being dead . Given that clearly Air bnb are having a real pop at P INN look at the purple colours and the little family why book a room when you can ? dunno go self catering !!You would think the powers that be at Whitbread plc would raise their game ! Could not agree more with JP nice one Jose . Disgusted literally of Tunbridge Wells ( old skool refernce to T wells old money honey) . HMMM maybe this will disaappearand then reappear as if by magic .

To whom this may concern, I had a terrible customer experience with this company Whitbread, who own Premier Inn. I visited in person their facilities over seven, numerous calls and dozens of emails to get a booking corrected. The customer experience was abysmal.
