Myself and my grandparents are frequent visitors of the Whittington and are always served quite well. However, our visit on this occasion was a large let down as the staff took over 40 minutes to deliver us our food when we ordered, the branch was not particularly busy when we had our meal, so we were particularly concerned with how long it took. Our food was as expected apart from a burnt bun, a member of staff offered to correct this but I was not particularly bothered by it. All in all, the meal and service was OK, just the fact the food took so long generated a large amount of concern with such a quiet branch. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
