We arrive at the place 20mins to closing on Monday. The waitresses saw us and quickly turn the sign off to state they were closed. And then the waitresses went to sit down, playing on their cell phone. What if we wanted our food to go? Terrible place. Sorry to say this, no wonder Wild Wings are going down, with staff like that. Never going again and we are not going to visit other locations. Fearing this may be a thing at Wild Wings.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and unfortunately the service seems to get worse every time. We went tonight to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday and the experience was really disappointing. First, the service was extremely slow. Then my fiancé ordered boneless chicken wings, and the first piece he bit into was actually a full chicken wing with the bone still in it — it almost broke his tooth. On top of that, they said they had no fruit for their wine sangrias, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering a sangria. Our waitress seemed completely uninterested in helping with any of these issues. When we asked to speak to a manager, she told us she had “already spoken to them,” but no manager ever came to the table and nothing was done to address the problems. We also weren’t offered any kind of compensation for the mistakes with the food. To make matters worse, our server was standing at the bar taking shots, and I overheard her say, “I can’t have any more shots, I need to drive home.” That’s extremely unprofessional behavior, especially while working in a restaurant. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday dinner. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is not the level of quality or experience we aim to provide, and we will be addressing these matters with our team. Regarding the concern about staff consuming alcohol while on shift, we take this very seriously. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for drinking while working. After carefully reviewing the situation, we were unable to find any evidence of this occurring, but we will continue to reinforce our policies with our team to ensure professionalism at all times.
