Hi Chante, I am very sorry to hear of your experience and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.Upon further review, it has come to light that the gentleman who placed the order had declined the dips. Cutlery is only given when asked for. When you did come back, you were given what you asked for and while this may not seem as adequate, those are the instructions that they staff has. Any requests for extra are handled accordingly. I am sure if you would have asked for more ketchup, she would have not hesitated. While we cannot force anyone to be courteous or service oriented in any industry anymore, the fact is that most servers in any restaurant do not assume they will get a tip on a takeout order and frankly do not expect one.Nevertheless, I hope you enjoyed the wings and thank you for your business. Hi KyleI am very sorry to read your review and apologize for the dissatisfaction.Wings are inherently salty and depending on the flavour you may have ordered, that may well be the case.I am not sure what you mean about the salt comment, but our wings are from a designated supplier and are cooked as per franchisor instructions.
