Been calling here for many years (well over 10+). Generally have a tea and coffe + bacon buttie and one of their excellent cakes every week or two. Of late 'something' has been missing', not quite sure what. Called to-day for a coffee, glass of milk and cake." No longer do glasses of milk because they cost £2.00."(sic). So had a beaker of tea at just short of £3.00. If you don't understand then neither did we. Staff seemed slightly miffed at being asked for something to put the used tea bag on/in.
Later in the day we called at Booths in Barrowford where a glass of milk costs £1.50 and they still have a loyalty type scheme. There is now additional competition in Colne, so maybe Wilds need to look into things. For the time being we will give them a miss and see how things are in a few months. Truly sorry folks but it all spoilt our morning.

I had a sausage and egg sandwich and a latte. The food is great. The girls were brilliant. Can’t find fault lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointed - I used to go in every day and last week a member of staff thought it appropriate to pull me into the kitchen to tell me that the day before I hadn’t said “thank you” when she gave me the sandwich. I certainly did and didn’t appreciate being spoken to like a child. Very bad customer service and I’m not going back.
