Good food at a good price! Have been for breakfast and carvery, had a lovely meal everytime. Friendly and attentive staff. Shirley gives a warm welcome and Tania gave excellent services ensuring everyone had what they needed, she was great host. Will be back agian soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking

We had a fantastic experience at the Willow Tree Stonehouse Gastro Pub in Torquay and felt compelled to leave a review after the excellent service we received. We had a birthday voucher come through but unfortunately ran into some technical difficulties trying to use it, which was becoming a bit stressful. Cam, the bar manager, and his colleague Shannon handled the situation brilliantly from start to finish. They were calm, friendly, professional, and sorted everything out quickly with absolutely no drama or fuss. Customer service like that genuinely makes a difference and deserves recognition. The overall value for money here is excellent. The food quality is more than adequate and, in my opinion, sits right at the top end of the price bracket they’re targeting. Portions were good, meals were enjoyable, and the whole experience felt very fair for the price. Service throughout was consistently great, and the pub itself is clean, modern, vibrant, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you again to Cam and Shannon for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. We’ll definitely be returning. staff very friendly, but carvery pretty poor, roast potatoes very dry as if just warmed up, while eating are food we noticed, old bits of food on floor & even on the window ledge, cutlery container was covered in gravy,& there was a couple of knifes with condiments attached, as we were leaving, we noticed a used knife & fork under my partners chair, its not really what you want to see, we have eaten here before, & its always been fine, so its a shame that this visit, was so Disappointing, All that said i like the atmosphere of this pub, so please, try & keep eating areas clean & tidy, so i can enjoy eating here again, Thank you
