It had been quite a long time since I last wet to a Wimpy so I decided to give this one a try. Unfortunately Wimpy just isnt worth the money anymore. I ordered a half pounder with bacon and cheese meal (probably one of the more expensive items on the menu) and a soft drink. It came to just shy of £20, a bit steep but if its nice I dont mind. It wasnt nice, unfortunately the quality of the food just doesnt match the price anymore. I wouldn't describe it as horrible, but it certainly wasnt £20 good. The burger patties themselves had that cheap grey vibe to them instead of being quality beef mince. The bun although nostalgic was a bit naff. Staff were friendly, service was quick, but i've genuinely had better from a local cafe for half the price. Ive also had a similar yet cheaper burger meal from an outlet that style themselves to be more upmarket. Shame really, Wimpy just isnt meeting expectations. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Visited today as a group of seven. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were advised of promotions and ways we could save money. Food was hot and the milkshakes thick. The food was superb and the service exceeded expectations. Great value for money and will definitely be going back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
