I've been going to Wing Hing for about 25 years now, first when I lived nearby and later, when I moved out of their delivery area but went by for takeout. My favourite dish is the Singapore-style Vermicelli and they got to know me because I asked for it extra spicy and extra curry every time. But they do other dishes equally well. (I go mainly for the spicy ones.)
I've been pretty immobile for a couple of weeks so making a meal is challenging. I was craving the vermicelli dish but they don't deliver to my area of the city. I called them anyway and when I told them my situation, they said they'd deliver to me!
That's what a great business is to me. I started going there because of the food but this is why I continue to support them. Plus, I got the Crispy Pork this time for a change from Crispy Beef, and it was delish! Please check them out!
