Food was great as always. Though one staff member was incredibly annoying. A lady called Nimra is constantly going around all the tables asking everyone to leave a positive review especially mentioning her name for the service. The management should address this as rather than working she seems to just be busy carrying a piece of paper with a QR code and her name in big red text Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food was absolutely spot on, cannot complain at all. The chicken was juicy, the dips complemented the chicken perfectly. I really wish that Wingstop would invest in some screens so I can read and decide what I want (similar to the likes of KFC/McDonalds) without a staff member mumbling and overwhelming me with different combos/meals etc; when there is a queue of people behind you it can be stressful trying to decide what to get. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I had a truly disappointing experience at Wingstop recently. After waiting an excessive 25 minutes for my order, walking out and I opened the bag only to find it was completely wrong. To make matters worse when I went back, the employee handed me the correct food which was mixed up with another guy she just swapped our bags that wed both touched and opened wrappers etc !! without any consideration for food safety. Instead of correcting the situation properly, she took my incorrect order, which had been in my hands for 5-10 minutes and opened and gave it to the rightful customer. Then done the same with me that the other guy opened. This is not only frustrating but also extremely concerning from a hygiene standpoint. It’s alarming to see such a lack of professionalism and common sense when handling food. In a time where health and safety should be a priority, this negligence is unacceptable. Customers deserve much better than this kind of service. I hope Wingstop reevaluates their food safety practices and staff training because I won’t be returning any time soon.
