Friendly staff, but slow service and small wings. Visited today and ordered just 8 wings, but had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a single order. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great, but the wings are very small compared to KFC and Popeyes. Good vibes, but needs quicker service and better portion sizes. I went to the branch at around 11-11:30pm on Wednesday 22nd and it was my first time ordering. Kunal was so friendly and went above and beyond in his service. He complimented my dress sense and made sure the food was to my liking. His service was on par with top, expensive restaurants and by far the best service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food as well was very impressive and I loved the honey mustard sauce. Only issue was that the fries were room temperature however I did not tell this to any staff, I'm certain they would have fixed it if I'd have asked. Overall very brilliant experience and thank you Kunal for the warm welcome. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
