Ordered here on the weekend, was told they didn’t have 2 items that I had already paid for and that I would be refunded. The delivery company says they can’t do anything about it. If you want wings, order elsewhere. This is a fraud. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great tasty wings ! ordered the dill pickle flavor and the really hot flavor( can't recall the name of the flavor) . was very good and very filling. Definitely going to my my new wing go to spot Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5

Ordered online delivery from Wingz in Saskatoon, located on Diefenbaker Drive at 8:22pm. First time ordering or trying their food. You have the option to choose “Take out” or “Delivery”. I selected the delivery option & proceeded with entering my address & information. Paid the “delivery tip” with the order. Delivery said 20-30 minutes. By 9:15pm, I called Wingz to ask where my order was & they said “it’s just about ready for you to pick up”. I said that I had ordered delivery, and they said “No, not possible.” Said I had to pick it up or order through a delivery service like Skip or DoorDash. I said that I was not picking it up & asked for a refund. Employee said that the manager would call me to straighten everything out. The manager said that they currently do not have a delivery driver & that in order to get my food, I would have to place another order (a bottle of pop) through a delivery service to have my already ordered food delivered. So I did. Ordered a $2.50 “bottle” of sprite. Had to pay another $3.89 for service fee & dasher tip. Finally received the order at 9:50pm! Buffalo wings, lemon pepper wings & the garlic cheesy bread with a CAN of ginger ale. Food was cold to the touch, wings well over-cooked & I paid $6.39 for a can of pop No discount or compensation offered! If I could give zero , I would! I DO NOT recommend ordering from this place! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

@Leslie, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we check your order was for pickup not for delivery. If you want we can share a screenshot of confirmation of the order. Ours employee don’t have access to convert pickup orders to delivery address. Really sorry for the inconvenience. We will provide you discounts on tour next visit.
