Extremely disappointing food and even worse customer service!! I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Poutine from here. The first time, it was an absolute joke; almost zero chicken and completely dry with virtually no sauce. I essentially paid premium price for a box of plain fries. Instead of immediately leaving a bad review, I decided to give them another chance. On my next order, I left a note letting them know about the previous issues and asked them to make sure there was actually chicken and sauce this time. Instead of a professional response or an apology, the store messaged me back on DoorDash calling my feedback "silly" (see attached screenshot). If you expect to get the food you actually paid for without the kitchen staff mocking you for it, order from somewhere else. They operate under multiple names (like Poutine Factory / Wingzilla), but the lack of professionalism is the exact same. Unacceptable way to treat paying customers. One of the best comfiest bars I’ve been to by far. The atmosphere is incredible with neon coloured lights and amazing photo opportunities. Food is always a 10/10 if you like it saucy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good bite, an amazing bar, amazing service and friendly staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The wings here are pretty yum and the flavours are creative too! They do not skimp on the spice so despite being tolerant of spice in general, the "Jamaican Heat" challenged me, phew! The vibe inside is like that of a club; dark and intimate but small, so could be hard to get a seat during peak times! Parking may also be a challenge as they are on Queen St. E, but not a dealbreaker if one plans accordingly! The wings are on special every Wednesday, for $10 a pound, as of this posting!
