The staff are kind, knowledgeable and so helpful here. I always feel welcomed and often use their super-quick ordering service if the title I would like isn't in stock (they text you when it's ready for collection!) The shop itself is so clean, bright and calm. Love the kids loyalty scheme and the range of beautiful wrapping papers, cards & games too. 100% recommend

A brilliant independent book shop with some interesting editions and excellent range. When I was in they had a good selection for the upcoming travel literature festival and some delightful cards and postcards. Be sure to drive through, I certainly saw a few books of interest that I wouldn't have seen elsewhere and will be returning on my next visit to Sherborne.

I live in London and wanted to arrange a delivery from Winstone's to my Mum in Sherborne. They ordered the book in, took payment and hand delivered all within 24 hours. So impressed and encourage everyone to support local when they can!
