Salt and pepper crispy chicken was very tasty. Fresh ingredients. Good portion. Singapore curry was good. Spare ribs were decent. The special satay however was poor. It tasted nothing like a satay I’ve had before. It was very watery and had pineapple in. Maybe they sent the wrong dish but I don’t recommend it. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4

I regularly eat from Wok @ Star but unfortunately the last 2 times they have messed up my order. The first time I just ate it because I didn't want to make a fuss but this this time I rang them and asked them what they could do and they said nothing because they were about to close!!!! They didn't offer a part refund or maybe a replacement the next day. Just a gesture would have been appreciated. I spent nearly £35.00 so expect a bit more customer service. So this meal has had to go in the bin!! I do enjoy their food but unfortunately will not be using them again as I am not going to pay for food that I cannot eat!!
