We have had such a lovely evening here. Pizza was really good and cooked ‘nearly’ to perfection (a little burnt at the edges on mine but some people like that!). Wine choice was excellent and served at a perfect temperature too. However what made it such a pleasant evening was our waitress Mia. Genuinely one of the nicest waitresses we’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. She was so engaging and ‘on it’. Other staff in all walks of hospitality could learn lots from her. To be brutally honest other staff in there seemed to have issues with Mia’s engagement with clients as though she wasn’t ‘working’ but what they need to learn is that her style of working is what is bringing the clientele back!!!! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I regularly order delivery from Wood Fire Smoke and that's for good reason. The quality of the food is fantastic and consistent and I often recommend it to friends and family when they visit the area, who then also approve. Delivery is efficient, on slower days I sometimes receive my order in like, fifteen minutes, which is mental. I have my favourites on the menu but whenever I have had something different, it's always hit the spot. I know I might sound overly positive but I feel like it's rare to find a place like this that I feel like I can trust and I'm not going to tone down my appreciation when it's genuinely good. Also, their delivery people are always on time, and they're always friendly and smiling. I'd totally understand if they just wanted to do their job and get going but it feels like they make an effort to be friendly. Might be because I order fairly regularly but still, worth mentioning. Anyway, it's the best pizza in Congleton if you want a proper wood-fired pizza and I highly recommend it. Get the dough balls, they're mint. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Me and my partner have now come. To wood fire smoke 2 weeks in a row. Wednesday are £10 pizzas however our waitress both times has been Katie. We are planning to make it 3 weeks in a row just to see katty for a weekly catch up. That’s how good the service is at wood fire smoke Congleton. Even though she started off the night by saying Congleton doesn’t serve spicy Margs kattie more than made up for this with the service she provided. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Parking space: Plenty of parking
