Hi Paulina Thank you for your review We are sorry you feel this way, as it’s not the experience we aim to deliver. That said we’re a little surprised by your comments. Our team carried out multiple checks throughout your visit with us. Everything was confirmed as being “all okay” at the time including your mains. You also chose to order desserts afterwards, which usually suggests things weren’t quite as disappointing in the moment. For context we are a 30 seater restaurant that served over 50 covers that evening so it wasn’t as quiet as suggested Just to clarify the fish and chips ordered alongside your starters were small portions for your children as you requested, which are served accordingly. We also communicated many changes on the day and offered Suitable alternatives. we are always more than happy to Resolve any issues, especially when they are raised during the visit in house rather than afterwards We wish you all the best
