Not happy with the little stunt they pulled. Bulgogi fries were hot and fresh, but the gang-jeong was made ahead of time and tossed with sauce and sent out with the hot fresh fries. The chicken was barely warm, and a bit on the dry side. Customers are not stupid. They know exactly what you did. Once the fries were finished cooking, you tossed up the chicken and sent it out. It would have been a perfect meal if you would have made the chicken to order like you did with the bulgogi fries. Great fries with cold dry chicken. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Food is always pretty good here, that I cannot argue that. I’ve come a few times now and ordered the Gang- Jeong (Large) I’ve always had it split in half plain and sweet as my kids cannot handle the sauce. Today I was told this won’t happen again. Very disappointing. Me being a repeat customer won’t happen again either. The cleanliness is starting to get dirty as the floors are never clean when I visit and the washrooms are a no go. They are starting to use the public dining area as a storage area which is an eye sore. Overall I will not return to this location. Thankyou for the few good experiences but your upkeep is terrible. Hopefully it changes for future customers. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
