We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the cod and chips overall, although we're sorry to hear it wasn't quite the experience we aim to provide. We use several layers of wrapping paper to help keep our fish and chips hot on the journey home. We've looked at alternative wrapping methods over the years, but paper continues to be the most effective option, which is why it's still used by the vast majority of fish and chip shops. We're also sorry to hear the batter stuck to the paper and wasn't as crispy as it should have been. That's certainly not the standard we strive for, and we'll share your comments with the team so we can review this.
