This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, especially to a loyal customer of over 35 years. We are currently in the process of getting new menu boards installed, as the existing ones have become faulty, but this should not have impacted your visit in the way you’ve described. What you experienced from our staff is not acceptable and does not reflect our usual level of service. From the lack of available food, to the attitude shown, and the behaviour at the counter, we will be seriously looking into this and addressing it with the team. We’re also very concerned to hear about the quality of the food you received. This falls well below our expectations, and we understand your disappointment.
