Przyjazne miejsce by można było zjeść coś smacznego. Zdecydowanie jest to jedno z najlepszych restauracji w pobliżu. Czas oczekiwania na jedzenie uległ znacznej poprawie pomimo dużej ilości ludzi, a fakt że jedzenie stało się jeszcze lepsze niz rok temu zmienia calkowicie moje odczucia. Chociaz dalej wątpiłbym w steki, ale reszta z menu jak najbardziej na plus.

We stopped here for an early tea after visiting the motor museum, and we're so glad we did. The pub is wonderfully dog-friendly, both inside and out. Even though it was quite busy, we were able to find a table without any trouble. We ordered three pizzas and two chicken burgers, and wow – the portions were huge! The pizzas were generously loaded with toppings, and the chicken burgers were enormous. The chicken was incredibly tender with the crispiest, most delicious coating. The waitress was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for generous portions, delicious food, excellent service, and a dog-friendly atmosphere, this is the perfect place. We'd happily return and would highly recommend it. We had a fantastic experience at the Yewdale Inn in Coniston and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The pub was incredibly busy when we arrived and it was obvious the team were under a lot of pressure. Despite this, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The kitchen was on the verge of closing due to how busy they were, but rather than turning us away, they found us a table, got us seated, and made sure we were well fed and watered. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality from every member of staff. Nothing felt like too much trouble, even during one of their busiest periods. They treated us as valued guests rather than just another table. To top it all off, they discovered it was my birthday and surprised me with a complimentary dessert and some celebratory shots. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening feel really special. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the customer service was some of the best we’ve experienced in a long time. A huge thank you to the whole team for turning what could have been a stressful evening into a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the Lake District. Highly recommended!
