First up, the food and coffee is generally very good. I can't argue in that respect. However, two things that frankly just destroy all of that. Bad service. And bad hygiene. I'm very careful when writing reviews because I won't want to misrepresent a business, and Yonder has a great reputation. However occasionally things need to be called out. Fair, say there is a little wait on a busy Sunday morning. But a little wait is not 45 minutes. With clearly no reasonable system for determining which orders get done first, my partner waiting the best part of an hour for a acai bowl. To be clear, there was no element of this that needed to be cooked. It was one person doing one bowl, one at a time, when clearly it was a popular product. Batch them up. Do them in advance. It's really not that difficult to put in place a system to combat wasting peoples' day. Secondly, and I'm not sure where the fault lays here, but in the acai bowl in question, my partner found a quite unidentifiable frozen...bug...in amongst her fruit. I know this because it was frozen solid and cold. See the attached picture. I appreciate these things can occasionally happen, but when charging for a premium product (£11), I would heavily recommend reviewing and checking the quality of the produce.
