Kerry rok temu na Restaurant Guru

I will never order from this place again. Placed an order with these to be told my ordered was cancelled by email not a phone call. So I rung them to see if it was actually cancelled they said yes because they only had one driver. I would receive a refund as long as I contact the website I ordered from and I couldn't find a way of doing that so I rung them back asking could I pick up my food instead and they said yes that's not a problem it will be 15 minutes. So I got down there and got refused my food and attitude off the man in there. So I said bugger this I'll just have my refund then. So I got back in the car and went back home but they rung me back saying my refund wasn't actually coming back to me yet so I can go back and collect my food I said no thanks not after the attitude I just had. So I'm out of pocket now for the next 3 to 5 days and wasted petrol money also. Quite obviously they don't know how to run a business
