I visited Zula in Marble Arch and ordered the Fake Mac burger. Unfortunately, after taking a bite, I noticed a long hair that appeared to be coming from the burger bun. It was extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Finding a hair in my food was incredibly off-putting and immediately put me off eating the rest of the meal. I also felt heavily sick seeing it. For a food establishment, basic hygiene and food safety should be a given, and this experience fell far below that standard. I would strongly recommend that Zula takes its hygiene and food preparation standards more seriously. This was an extremely unpleasant experience and one I would not want anyone else to have. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30
