I have never felt the need to review a place in such matter. I was simply walking past Zaranda with my bike by my side when I noticed that there was loads of glass being swept across the pavement and on to the road. I made a comment about how that may not be ideal for road safety, especially for people cycling. I will now quote the response I received “It doesn’t matter mate, it’s all going in the drain anyway”. Correct me if I am wrong but this seems completely unacceptable, sweeping glass and cigarette ends in the drain is so bad for the environment, especially in the time when our air is filled with smog. I am completely shocked, I assumed that Burton Road had a much higher standard. Side note, I was called a tramp for having a bike, which is rather ironic given the circumstance. Do with this information what you please, I will never step foot near this establishment, just in case I will step on glass. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Atmosphere was amazing during the football, walked in and greeted by amazing staff who served us brilliant cocktails all night! Curtis in particular was very friendly and quick with our orders! however the air conditioning wasn’t on when we entered which was slightly disappointing because of the heat. i will definitely be recommending and booking a table to come again next time. Price per person: £20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love the vibe in this little kept secret of a space. Marcus and his staff are beyond fantastic. And as a visiting band felt looked after from the moment we arrived. A big Thank You for that. If you’re looking for a great space for live music with good vibes you’ve found it in Zaranda. DJ was on point with the tunes too.!! In the name of some funky vibrations- “Oh what a night.”..
