I normally can't fault this cafe, however the service this morning was awful. The staff were miserable. My teacake was just slat on the corner of the table without any recognition to me and my coffee was cleared away before I had drank it all. I appreciate you were busy but there is still customer respect to be taken into account. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointed with the service, me and my hubby came to have a lovely breakfast together. My hubby ordered for us but the young lady at the counter only made a note of one order, and didn't even apologised. She stated that my husband only ordered one breakfast because that's what she wrote on her note. My hubby has a strong foreign accent, so my take is that she didn't register everything he said, she could have checked with him if she got his order correctly but instead ignored it and our breakfast was ruined. I was ready to leave. My hubby insisted that he re orders me the food I originally asked for and waited for my food to arrive so he ate everything cold. I am leaving 4 stars for the food as it was good. Service requires massive improvement though. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Went here with my girlfriend and had a scone clotted cream and jam and a tea. The scone was nice can tast there fresh and the tea was a leaf tea was amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10
