Ordered a Large Kebab and chips. The Kebab meat arrived stone cold with the consistency of rubber, the pitta bread was tiny, hard and wafer thin and to add insult to injury NO CHIPS. What an absolute joke, AVOID. Phoned and asked for a refund but they insisted in sending out the same substandard muck again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Working my way round the Munchy/Munchie boxes of Inverness and finally had to order from here. Ordered a 12" box (smokeys, chicken kebab, donner chicken bakora) (13.99) and a chips n coleslaw (3.50) Food arrived on time and "smelled" edible, opened the munchy box and was greeted with 2 naans and the rest wrapped in foil (nice touch and means the sauces dont go "warm and greasy" opened the foil...and I greeted by 2 x battered smokeys, half a portion of doner, what I guessed was pakora and some more "battered" chicken.... zero fries?! For the price id expect some fries or chips and the box to be LOADED but it was half full and felt more like a "lets pop some stuff in a box, glad I ordered the extra side! Naan was perfect on top but bottom was hard and slightly burnt, doner was thickly cut but tasty (chilli sauce and garlic sauce were decent ketchup well its excatly that ketchup) the batter however was soggy and doughy textured chicken itself had an OK flavour, naan was pretty much inedible and did taste burnt. Because the doner was OK I ditches the chicken and decided chuck that on the chips n slaw and at least save something! Box on the chips was closed (good start) it was LOADED with chips and slaw looked OK too, however there was an overpowering smell of oil, like the chips were cooked drained for 2 seconds then shoved in the box, tasted greasy and the slaw added to the greasy taste and texture. All in all not a great experience, I do remember this place when I was on a night out and the food was a much higher quality than this and for over £20 delivered (£4 delivery!!!) there are far far better places in town! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Please Highland Council Just Shut This Place Down Immediately. Zoom Are The Worst Takeaway Anywhere In Inverness,Thank Goodness I Have Never Ever Tried Ordering From This Place. No Wonder Why It Is So Cheap,It's Because The Food Is Terrible,And This Takeaway Keeps Poisoning Customers. There Are Way Better Places To Go. About Time This Place Gets Shut Down. It Did Used To Be Very Good When It First Opened Around 1998,But Now Over The Following 15 Years Between 1998 And 2013,The Quality Steadily Dropped. No Wonder Why Nobody Orders From This Takeaway,Is Because The Food Is Absolutely Disgusting And Makes People Throw Up. Let's Hope This Place Gets Shut Down Permanently,As It Definitely Does Not Need To Be Here Whatsoever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
