Went to Zucchinis last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday, all the food was beautiful and the service was great - even though it was really busy. Only been here a few times as we always went to Robertos but we would defiantly return. We had a fabulous evening

We have been visiting Zucchinis for many years but tonight will be our last … My daughter chose to go tonight for her 8th birthday which we pre-booked. Arrived and we were rudely told to move out of the way as we were blocking the door way and go get a drink at the bar. We were eventually seated and waited over 30 minutes to have our order taken. Waited a further hour to get our starters and then a further hour for our mains. I asked for the birthday cake so we could sing happy birthday .. it didn’t come and the table was cleared so we asked again after we were ready to leave and were told they had forgotten.. we had to ask for the bill several times … we didn’t once complain but at all times felt unwelcome … Zucchini’s what is going on .. your service has never been like this .. my daughter chose to come here for her birthday because we have always loved coming to your restaurant … totally awful experience tonight .. all for the total price of £162!!!!!

Booked a meal for my girlfriends 27th and couldnt fault it at all. The food was stunning, well presented and was extremly tastefull (high regards and compliments to the chef) , the atmosphere was so positive, bright and the pianist was a very nice professional touch and all the waiting team were amazing, catered to our ever need and interacted with the kids perfectly. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
