We visited Zymo for a family birthday celebration and were absolutely impressed. Delicious, beautifully crafted dishes, a wonderful atmosphere, and without exaggeration, some of the best cocktails I have ever had. The signature steak presentation was a highlight of the evening — a true culinary show performed right at the table, making the experience even more memorable. You can feel the attention to detail and passion behind every part of this restaurant. It’s the kind of place you want to return to and recommend to friends. Great spacious place with a cosy atmosphere and nice interior. The location is at the very heart of Edmonton. The food was really tasty. Their pizzas and sauces are unusual and yummy. The cocktails with Ukrainian berries were also good. Syrnyky had too much flour inside, but the cardamom sauce and fruit salsa were great. The real menu is still changing. I would like to see more dishes in the menu. I would also love to see olive oil and lemon/lime wedges served with the seafood pizzas. The servers were kind and respectful. Overall, great experience! Absolutely delicious food and cocktails—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to our waiter, Katya, who provided outstanding service throughout the evening.
