I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. My husband was sitting there eating food he had purchased from the restaurant, while I quickly went next door to REWE to buy a bottle of Volvic water. When I came back, I sat at the table in front of my husband while waiting for him to finish his meal. The owner suddenly started yelling at me, saying that I was not allowed to have my water on the table and that I had to buy a drink from his establishment if I wanted to sit there. He then told me to leave. There was no polite explanation, just shouting and disrespectful behavior. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding outside food and drinks, but there is a respectful way to communicate them. Being aggressively yelled at over a bottle of water was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this before. Very disappointing customer service. Premium experience. Got a doner teller. Chicken was flavorful and had bits of roasted veggies in it. The salad was absolutely incredible as well. Fast and efficient service. Open late. Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
