Genuinely lovely service by Leo! I was only visiting Aberdeen for a week, and popped into Itsu to grab a quick bite. Although no sashimi was available (which I asked for) because tuna had run out for the day, the very kind Leo gave me a bag of almonds (which I had selected off the shelf) on the house (apparently this is something Itsu employees can do!) and really made my day with that gesture :) Thanks Leo (and Itsu)! You're a star :) I'll be back for proper food soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was excellent, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, nice music playing in the background, the service was excellent, thanks to Leo who made sure me and my friend was well taken care of. Thanks to the chef Michelle, food is well done. Great restaurant, lots of vegan options. Very good service with polite staff. Greeted by Leo who was very polite and cheerful with a super friendly manner. It’s great to have that kind of welcome and exit. The food is great for the price. Thank you. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
