I met up with my friend and it was a first time visit for both of us. From walking in the door the greeting and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was next level and a definite hit for both of us. We will be returning again at some time and would highly recommend this Cafe Ninety Four. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very busy even early on a weekday morning, with a large group, people having catch ups, and what looked like a number of post gym goers. Parking outside is free if you register your vehicle, but was full when we arrived so we paid and displayed across the road. Loose leaf tea is always best, and it was served quickly, was nice and hot, and there was plenty to keep us going during the whole breakfast. My wife had the daily special of peach French toast which was nicely presented and generous, and tasted great but could perhaps have done with some more peach pieces. My ham hock eggs benedict was good but not as exciting as I hoped. Whilst looking fantastic the potato stack was only luke warm, the chorizo more of a crumb so got lost in the other tastes, and the eggs a fraction overdone for me as the yolks were starting to set around the edges. Prices are very high for the slightly out of town (but not in the country) location, so whilst the food looked good and the overall experience was relaxing despite being busy, sadly I wasn't blown away with the taste/price ratio. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20

Today was my first visit to ninetyfour and I was not disappointed. Fantastic food, fantastic service and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Not too expensive either, great value for money. My husband and I had eggs Benedict. Mine was the Bloody Mary smoked salmon, and my husband had the ham hock. Both utterly delicious. The potato stack out of this world. My daughters had a cooked breakfast. It was great my youngest daughter (7) could personalise her choice. I cannot recommend high enough and we will all return soon probably to try the evening menu. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
