Taste-wise, this is the best Chinese restaurant in Cambridge, serving classic Northeastern Chinese cuisine. Very authentic. My all-time favourites (sadly no longer on the menu): 五花肉炖粉条, 炖大骨棒, and 水煮鲈鱼. I assume they were removed because they’re too time-consuming to prepare, but they were absolutely incredible and unique that I will be willing to pay more if they ever come back. Highly recommended: 大白菜炖豆腐 and pretty much any of their Northeastern classics. My only wish is that they’d join the major takeaway platforms, but judging by how busy the restaurant always is, I suspect the kitchen is already fully occupied with dine-in orders.
