Recently visited the A&W at eastgate square and the staff seemed clueless. They weren't sure if theu could make coffee or not. Served me cream that was bad and curdeled in my cup. Beyond that I was shocked at how small the burger was and how tasteless it was. I haven't been to A&W for years and I likely won't visit again. Obe last thing.......perhaps the most important.....I ordered a mama burger combo and it was like a junior burger. Very small and dissatisfying which shocked me. Absolutely a waste of money and tasted disgusting. Yuck everyone.....yuck Price per person: CAD 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited A&W and had an amazing experience! The quality of food was excellent — everything tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff were polite and friendly, and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I’ll definitely visit again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beware of the fake 5 star reviews. I’ve been to many A&Ws across Ontario and Quebec and this was by far the worst. The fries had rancid oil flavour and the teen burger weirdly had no flavour. The root beer was flat. The pickles had large holes in them, I’ve never seen that before. Truly bizarre.
