Went the other day to get Harvey’s for a late night dinner. Arrived around 11:46pm at the drive thru, waited a few minutes to then be told they are closed now which is weird because they advertise they are open until 12am. Extremely unprofessional, it’s also illegal to false advertise (being open until 12am). If I were the owner of this store I’d be furious because you’re basically paying people to twiddle their thumbs while also refusing service while being open. I’ve worked at Harvey’s in the past and it’s not a hard job at all. If the employees don’t like working there then they should find a new job honestly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in to get the new pickle poutine through the drive through, I asked for 2 pickle poutines and the worker (teenage girl) was already giving me attitude and being disrespectful in her tone. However that didn't bother me as much. I pulled over to eat my poutine and she gave me a pickle poutine and a regular one. So I went in to get the correct order and I was very nice about it. And her boss told her it was the wrong order and to fix it and I heard her say I order regular ones and that I was rude as she gave me extremely unprofessional and disrespectful dirty looks. Would NOT recommend this harvey's to anyone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
