Don’t recommend this place unless you want to be let down on the day your suppose to be collecting the cake - thanks to this lady we had to rush around and find someone who could make a cake at last minute. Also has a bad attitude towards customers who are paying a lot of money. Just to reply to your comment; you had no intention of making the cake hence your message of ‘saves me a job making it when I get home from work’ the cake was expected at 11am you said this would not be done until the evening - on the day of expected pick up as arranged with no prior notice of this change you actually said ‘you will try have this done before the celebration started’ TRY is not good enough after you had changed the agreed time. How can we risk having no cake for a birthday party? You had plenty of notice to make this cake yet still failed to keep your end of the deal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am sorry you feel this way. In all fairness you didnt confirm a collection time with me and after some messages and re arranging of time I said I would have the order ready for you to collect for when your celebrations started and would drop you a message for collection and then you messaged and cancelled the order.
