If I could give this restaurant 100 stars I would in a heart beat! From the moment me and my partner walked in the staff at the front were more than welcoming, the lady that brought our menus was extremely kind!! Kristine was out waiter and she was the sweetest soul ! She didn’t rush me or my partner when we were ordering and made sure to tell us about the deals they had going on for the day, for my first time at this restaurant I will say I WILL BE BACK ! the service here was above and beyond the food was absolutely amazing and great portion sizes, thank you blue star restaurant family for the amazing customer service you provide ! Received worst service ever today, will never go back.
Waitress kept serving other customers that had come in much
later than us, some had ordered and received their food and
we still did not have coffee after reminding the wait staff.
Waited almost an hour and had to have the food boxed up to go.
After that wait both our meals were cold, totally unacceptable.
Have been a regular customer for years, and this is not
the first time for the bad service but thought would give another
chance, that was the last!
