We went on a baking hot busy Thursday evening. Both had lovely cocktails before the food, which was all delicious. The service was very good. We were too full for dessert but what we saw coming out looked very appetising. Highly recommend! Price per person: £60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Steak was delicious and customer service excellent. Would recommend some spinach or another green side to accompany. Steak and large portion of chips only to receive same again less than 10 minutes after first course. Felt a little rushed with all courses served too quick & far too many chips. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Our first time here at Boeuf, and am so pleased we tried this place; it was excellent. I’d highly recommend booking in advance as it is a small restaurant and very popular, so much so people who hadn’t booked were being turned away. A limited menu of steak and chips, a rarity these days but so much the better for it. Staff were great, Miguel in particular was super helpful, explaining the menu and attentive service. With two rounds to perfectly cooked steak and chips, what isn’t to like?
