I come to this place pretty frequently and I feel like the hygiene is going downhill. I just watched this lady talking on her cell phone while making the food. She kept touching the food and then touching her cell phone and touching the food and touching her cell phone doesn’t seem very food safe to me.

Ordered a bowl, got a smoothie. Was very clear with what was wanted, this service is extremely disappointing. Even after calling the store about the mess up, the attitude stayed consistent unfortunately. After requesting for the smoothie to be changed into a bowl I was told they were “too busy” and “they closed at 8” (it was 7:30) so it was “too late to come in”. After driving by, there was not a single person in the store. She told me to try again another day and acted extremely unprofessional about the situation. Do better. This is a formal complaint to the blonde girl working around 7-7:30 pm, on January 11th 2026. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Doordashed booster juice a few months ago, and I got to the end of my smoothie before realizing there was plastic pieces in it. I dumped it out to investigate and it appeared that a plastic bag was blended up WITH my smoothie. I guaranteed swallowed at least some, but there was plenty of bag left in my cup I tried to contact doordash, and they would only refund me a few cents and wouldnt help any further. I tried to contact booster juice and was told theres nothing they could do about it. Didnt even apologize Dont go here if you care about your health Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
