Went through the drive through. It was super busy but no wait the staff was friendly, I got my food exactly the way I requested it. Everything was fresh and it wasn't a sloppy mess. Like most Tim Hortons I go to, good job guys. Food: 5 Service: 5

I visited Tim Hortons near walmart around 11:00 AM today. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was very disappointing. The employee who took my order was rude from the beginning of the interaction and spoke to me in an impatient and argumentative manner. After I placed my order, he continued to argue with me about how I should order my coffee instead of simply helping me. His attitude made what should have been a quick and pleasant transaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. I expect customers to be treated with respect, and this experience fell well below that standard. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for this location. The primary issue is the staff. The employees have no idea how to interact with customers; they are consistently rude and ignore direct requests. When you politely ask them to get an order right or fix a mistake, you're met fake confusion, and visible attitude. This isn't just a one-time slip-up; it’s a systematic lack of basic service. They are incompetent, inattentive, and frankly, hypocritical—they ignore you and then pretend it was an "accident," even though it happens every single time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
