Very rare to find a restaurant or cafe that caters for us suffers of gluten intolerance. Virtually all menu item could be made gluten free, so you don’t have to pick and choose. A great out of the way cafe that has indoor and outdoor dining. I’d thoroughly recommend eating here. We chose Cafe 21 to host my friend’s baby shower, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment I first enquired right through to the end of the afternoon, Alison was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, and never seemed to mind my million questions while we were organising everything! The buffet was fantastic – really reasonably priced, with a great variety of delicious picky bits that catered for everyone. There was also a good selection of drinks available, so all of our guests were well looked after. Every member of the team was welcoming and attentive, and the service throughout the afternoon was excellent. The garden deserves a special mention too. It’s absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for a baby shower. It felt like a magical little hidden fairytale garden – so peaceful and full of charm. If you haven’t visited yet, you really should! Thank you so much to Alison and the whole team for helping to make such a special afternoon for my friend. We’ll definitely be back!
