I visited Cafe Aroma located at 120 Crwys Rd, Cardiff CF24 4NR, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the food was average, I was appalled by the owner's behaviour towards his staff. During my three visits, I witnessed the owner demean and berate a particular staff member in front of customers, especially targeting the south Asian staff member. This behaviour is unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Furthermore, the owner was very hostile and defensive towards customers, including myself. When I challenged him about his rude behaviour towards me, he justified it by saying, "this is just the way I talk." This dismissive behaviour is not acceptable and shows a lack of respect towards customers. Overall, I was disappointed with the consistently poor quality of service and the owner's treatment of his staff. Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid this place. It's essential to support businesses that treat their staff with respect and provide a welcoming environment for customers. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £20–30
