First, let me say I've been to Italy 13 times, along with hundreds of trips within the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. Most Italian restaurants in the USA and elsewhere don't even come close to authentic, or even understand, how to serve Italian style. But Carisma was fantastic. This is by far the best Italian restaurant I've been to, outside of Italy. The food was delicious, the presentation and portions were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Our server, Simone, was very friendly and professional. The manager came to the table to ask how everything was going. An easy10 out of 10. Don't pass this one up! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
